Rachel Anderika is the Global Head of Operations at Anchorage Digital as well as the
Chief Operating Officer at Anchorage Digital Bank. She joined Anchorage Digital in 2022
and brings more than 15 years of experience in regulatory and risk management and
nearly a decade of professional experience at the Office of the Comptroller of the
Currency. There, she served as National Bank Examiner (and later, Large Bank Examiner)
to ensure that national banks operated safely and soundly while complying with
applicable laws and regulations. Rachel then served eight years in the private sector at
Promontory Financial Group, a premier bank regulatory consulting firm, later purchased
by IBM where she worked with numerous traditional financial institutions on risk
management and compliance. Rachel also helped found Promontory’s Digital Assets Risk
and Compliance Team, where she guided digital assets custodians through the state and
federal regulatory licensing process. Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and
economics from King’s College.
Liz Thomas is SoFi’s Head of Investment Strategy, responsible for providing economic and market insights to a variety of audiences. Prior to joining SoFi, Liz was the Director of Market Strategy at BNY Mellon Investment Management where she formulated and delivered views on macroeconomic themes and their effects on capital markets. Earlier in her career, she was a portfolio analyst at Baird and a research analyst at BMO Global Asset Management. Liz holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Marquette University. She is a CFA Charterholder, and member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of New York. Liz is passionate about educating others on markets and investing in order to help people feel empowered to take a more active role in their financial futures.
Debopama (“Debo”) Sen is the Head of Payments in the Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business within Citi Services. Debo is responsible for driving the business strategy, execution, growth and risk management of payments solutions across corporate, e-commerce, public sector, financial institution and commercial banking clients. She is based in New York.
Debo has worked at Citi for 29 years and has held a variety of roles in both the TTS and Securities Services businesses. Before moving to NY, she was based in Singapore and managed the TTS business across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. She also served as the India Cluster Head for TTS and as Business Head for the Securities and Fund Services business, India. She started her career as a Management Associate.
Debo’s industry leadership extends beyond the bank, with board membership and participation in several industry organizations, including SWIFT, Digitalization Standing Committee of ABS Singapore, Women in Payments ASEAN, and the National Payments Corporation of India. She is also very passionate about community initiatives, currently serving on the Board of Grameen Foundation of India (GFI) as well as Grameen Foundation USA.
Debo holds a master’s degree in management from University of Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. She is a mother of two and resides in New York, NY.

In this capacity, she leads an organization dedicated to delivering world-class investment solutions tailored to client needs across the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and Switzerland. Solita oversees the full suite of discretionary, advisory, and investment fund offerings globally—which account for over USD 2 trillion in client assets.
Previously, Solita served as Chief Investment Officer Americas for UBS Global Wealth Management, where most recently she led both the CIO Research and Investment Solutions businesses in the region. Prior to UBS, Solita was the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) for Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan.
Solita is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry and is featured frequently in the financial media. In 2024 and 2025, she was recognized as one of the 100 most influential women in US Finance by Barron’s. Outside of UBS, she currently serves on the Board of the UJA Federation of New York and was the 2022 recipient of UJA’s Alan C. Greenberg Leadership Award. Solita holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA in Economics and History from Brandeis University. Solita grew up in Istanbul, Turkey and now resides in New York City with her husband and daughter.

Jessica Carta is a self-described “payments geek”. As the senior vice president for consumer and small business payments, Carta leads all digital consumer and small business payment initiatives across the bank. Prior to joining Citizens, she worked at Mastercard and built payment products at two different fintechs.
“Payments and money movement touch every part of our day, every part of our ecosystem,” Carta said. “I particularly love the consumer angle because I’m a consumer, you’re a consumer. We can all understand and relate to it.”
Carolyn is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, risk management, governance and financial performance across U.S. Personal and Business Banking, including branch channels, Virtual Contact Center, specialty teams and Product & Headquarter functions. Her responsibilities include representing U.S. P&BB on the Risk Management Committee, U.S. Regulatory Committee and U.S. Management Committee. She is passionate about building diverse, engaged teams and working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Carolyn started her career in 1991 as a part-time teller, and over the next decade took increasingly more senior roles, including Branch Manager, Account Manager, District Vice President and Head of U.S. Distribution and Business Banking which she was appointed to in 2018 before rising to her current role in 2024. Prior to her roles in the U.S., Carolyn was Senior Vice President for the Atlantic Provinces Division, for the bank’s Canadian Personal and Commercial business units.
She was twice awarded a Top 50 CEO award by Atlantic Business Magazine for her support and leadership within the Atlantic Canadian business community.
Since arriving in Chicago, Carolyn has been making inroads in supporting local women’s business advocacy and charitable activities. Carolyn is a member of the International Women’s Forum and has helped launch various initiatives to support women business owners including the BMO Celebrating Women Grants Program and supports the United Way of Metro Chicago Women’s Leadership Council. She also supports BMORE, a program that seeks to remove barriers to employment in African American and Latino communities and serves as an advisor on the U.S. P&BB Advisory Senate to further develop talent at BMO from all lines of business.

Amanda K. Allexon is a Partner in Simpson Thacher’s Financial Institutions Practice. In addition to her private practice experience, Amanda worked in the Legal Division of the Federal Reserve Board, including serving as Senior Counsel. Amanda was a primary Federal Reserve contact for matters related to extensions of credit by banks to their insiders (Regulation O), regulation of holding companies (Regulation Y and LL), and matters related to the control of depository institutions and holding companies. Amanda also assisted the transition of savings and loan holding companies to Federal Reserve supervision and rules after the financial crisis, reviewed and established key policies related to control and private equity investments in bank holding companies, and served as a liaison to the U.S. Treasury related to post-crisis investments in banks.
