LindseyRose is Global Head of Platform for Kinexys at J.P. Morgan. She leads product and platform strategy for the shared capabilities that power tokenized assets, payments, and digital financial infrastructure. Her remit spans core platform and
network capabilities, embedded AI and new ways of working that accelerate delivery across Kinexys, and product development for tokenized money market funds and other digital asset products.
With nearly 15 years of experience in product innovation, LindseyRose specializes in building zero-to-one platforms and modernizing large-scale technology ecosystems.
At J.P. Morgan, she has launched new payment products to millions of customers and led strategic modernization programs supporting trillions in annual payment volume.
She previously spent nearly five years with Deloitte’s U.S. Innovation Team, launching and scaling products using emerging technologies, and held innovation and platform roles at S&P Global and American Express. LindseyRose holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
